Business Internet Features

• Activation of self-install broadband service
• Unlimited downloads
• 100MB of UNIX web space and statistics
• Multiple static IP addresses (6 or more is subject to RIPE approval)
• Mail service (flexible SMTP or up to 10 POP3 mail boxes) - additional mailboxes will be charged accordingly
• 20:1 bandwidth contention ratio
• 1 Domain Name of your choice (Registration and/or hosted)
• 1 Free dial-up account
• Free spam control service SPAMTAG
• 1 micro filter included
• Technical Support 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (Local call rate number)

Managed Broadband Service

A managed solution from Onyx Group takes the hassle out of setting up and the ongoing management of your broadband service. We will provide you with all the pre-configured hardware you will need and support and managed it for you.

Cost: £15 per month extra & an additional £100 set-up fee

Managed Plus Service

If your connection is mission critical we can ensure you have connectivity all the time with immediate ISDN back-up. The service includes pre-configured hardware with ISDN failover capability (This requires you to have and ISDN line See T&C's), which we will maintain for the life of your contract.

Cost: £40 per month extra & an additional £250 set-up fee

Enhanced Care

If you are looking for peace of mind with your broadband connection, Onyx group Enhanced Care can offer service level agreements on support response times.

Cost: £120 per annum extra.
