With Onyx it's all part of the service. Our cloud infrastructure is entirely UK-based and hosted from our own ISO27001, tier 3/4 data centres.

As part of your SLA we will define exactly where your data will be held.

Our Data Out Guarantee ensures data extraction policies are documented and clear from day one. Our ethos for cloud data extraction is simple - it should be just as easy to extract your data from cloud as it is to remove your server from a rack in one of our data centres. As an added benefit, data can be securely extracted from anywhere on our core network, that includes the following locations:-
